Where orders ship from
Orders ship from the USA and Canada. Many products are stocked in more than one place. When a product can ship from more than one origin, its page shows a ship-from choice next to the strengths, with an in-stock origin selected when one is available.
Stock can differ between origins, so check the stock status for the origin you pick before you add the item to your cart. Your cart, and the order you send, keep the origin you chose for each item. Items from different origins in one order can arrive in separate parcels.
Where we ship to
We ship to addresses across the United States. If you need delivery somewhere else, write to us at support@d2cpeptides.com before you order. Name the destination and the products, and we will tell you whether we can send them there.
Check the delivery address before you send an order. If it is wrong, write to us straight away with your order number. Once a parcel has left, we may not be able to change where it goes.
Processing and delivery times
Processing times, carriers and delivery estimates are not published yet, and we do not quote dates we cannot stand behind. They will appear on this page once they are confirmed. Until then, if your study depends on a delivery date, ask us before you order.
A parcel that ships from outside the United States is imported, so it passes through US customs, which can delay it or hold it for inspection. Imported products can also be refused entry: in a 2025 warning letter to an online peptide seller, FDA said that if the seller was not located in the US, products that appear to be misbranded or unapproved new drugs may be detained or refused admission.1 If delivery matters to your study, choose an origin inside the United States when the product page shows that origin in stock.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, and any order value above which shipping is free, are not published yet. They will be listed here once confirmed. The cart and the checkout show a product subtotal only, so if you need the shipping charge before you order, ask us at support@d2cpeptides.com.
Packing details, including whether cold packs are used, will also be listed here once they are confirmed.
When your parcel arrives
- Open the parcel soon after delivery and check each item against your order: product, strength and quantity.
- Check that every vial is intact, that its seal is in place, and that its label is readable, including any lot number.
- Store each item as soon as you have checked it. Each product page has a handling and storage section, and the storage guide explains how freeze-dried and mixed vials are kept.
- Keep the lot number with your records. Testing documents, where we have them, are on the lab results page.
- If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, keep the items and all of the packaging, and follow the steps on the returns and refunds page.
Late or lost parcels
If a parcel has not arrived when you expected it, write to us at support@d2cpeptides.com with your order number and the delivery address, and we will look into it. Wholesale orders ship the same way as retail orders; see the wholesale page for how accounts work.
Everything we ship is sold under the label shown on each product page: For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. The research use policy sets out what research use means and who may buy.
