These terms apply when you use d2cpeptides.com or order from D2C Peptides: you must be 21 or older and buying for laboratory research. They also cover orders and payment, shipping and returns, our content, and the limits of our liability.

About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and D2C Peptides ("we", "us", "our"). They apply when you use d2cpeptides.com, place an order, or apply for a wholesale account. The research use policy, the privacy policy, the medical disclaimer, the shipping page and the returns and refunds page form part of these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or order from us.
Who may order
You must be 21 years of age or older and buying for laboratory research, as the research use policy describes. If you order for a company, a lab or an institution, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Research use
Every product is sold for laboratory research only, under the label shown on its product page: For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. You accept the buyer commitments in the research use policy, including that you will not use, supply or resell any product for use in people, or in animals outside research. A breach of that policy is a breach of these terms.
Product information
We describe each product from its supplier records and published sources, and we work to keep names, strengths, stock status and descriptions accurate. Mistakes can still happen. When we find one, we correct the page, and we may cancel orders affected by it. Images illustrate a product; the product name and strength you select are what you order. Testing documents, where we have them, are on the lab results page.
Orders
Sending an order, through checkout or by email, is a request to buy. A contract forms only when we accept it, which we do by confirming the order or by shipping it.
We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons that include:
- a product is out of stock or no longer available;
- a price or description on the site was wrong;
- we cannot verify the buyer, the delivery address or the payment; or
- the order raises a concern under the research use policy.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the payment for the cancelled items.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Prices can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order, unless it was clearly an error, in which case we contact you before going ahead. How to pay is shown at checkout or in our reply to your order request. Never send card details by email.
Shipping and delivery
Where orders ship from, where we ship to, and any delivery estimates are set out on the shipping page. A delivery date given by us or by a carrier is an estimate, not a promise.
Returns, refunds and problems with an order
Returns, refunds and claims for damaged, wrong or missing items are handled as the returns and refunds page describes.
Using this site
You may use the site to learn about our products and to order them. You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful;
- try to reach parts of the site or our systems that are not meant for you;
- send automated traffic that slows or harms the site;
- copy large parts of the site's content or product data into another website, app or dataset; or
- give false information in an order, an application or a message.
Our content
The text, images, data tables and design of this site belong to D2C Peptides or to those who licensed them to us. You may link to any page and quote a short passage with a link back to its page. Anything more, including republishing pages or product data, needs our written permission. The sources we cite belong to their publishers.

No other promises
Apart from what these terms and our policy pages say, and what the law requires, we make no promises about the products or the site. In particular, we do not promise that a product will suit a particular study, or that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Examples are lost profits, lost data and the cost of repeating a study. Our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Your responsibility
After delivery, you are responsible for how products are stored, handled, used and disposed of. You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs from any claim that arises because you broke these terms or the research use policy, or misused a product.
Governing law and disputes
The law that governs these terms, and where disputes are decided, will be stated here after legal review. If you have a complaint, please write to us first so we can try to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
