Customer reviews
Store and product reviews from customers with an order will appear here once collection opens. This page explains what reviews can cover, what we leave out and why, and how every review is handled.
No customer reviews are published on this page yet.
What reviews will cover
Reviews here will come only from customers with an order, and each will name the product it covers. They can describe what a buyer can judge directly:
- how the order was packed, and whether it arrived intact;
- whether the product, strength and lot number matched the order;
- whether the label was readable and documents were available for the lot;
- how long the order took to arrive; and
- how questions and problems were handled.
What we leave out
We do not publish reviews that describe using a product on a person or an animal, give a dose, or report a health effect. Each of our product pages carries the label: For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
FDA has said that a seller's labeling includes its website, and it judges what a product is intended for from that labeling.12 Reviews published here become part of our website, so they follow the same rule as everything else we publish.
We also leave out personal details such as addresses and order numbers, links to other sellers, and abusive or off-topic posts.
How every review is handled
- We publish critical reviews as well as positive ones, as long as they follow the rules above.
- We do not rewrite a review. One that breaks the rules is left out, not edited.
- We do not pay for reviews or reward anyone for a positive one.
If something is wrong with an order, report it through the returns page rather than a review, so it can be fixed.
Customer reviews and content review
Customer reviews are separate from the review of our health content. How a reviewer checks our product and education pages before they go live is explained in how we source and review our content.

Frequently asked questions
Are D2C Peptides reviews verified?
When collection opens, only customers with an order will be able to leave a review, and each review will be tied to that order. No reviews are published yet, so none is shown on this page and no star rating appears anywhere on the site. We would rather show an empty page than a rating we cannot back up.
Why was my review not published?
A review is left out when it describes using a product on a person or an animal, gives a dose, or reports a health effect: a published review becomes part of our website, and we do not say that any product treats, cures or prevents a disease. Reviews that include personal details, links to other sellers or abuse are also left out. We do not rewrite a review to make it fit the rules; it is either published as written or not published.
Can I review how well a product worked?
Not as a health result. A review can say whether the product matched your order, how it was packed, whether the label and any lot number were clear and whether documents were available for the lot. It cannot describe effects on a person or an animal, because our products are sold for laboratory research only and a review must not suggest otherwise.
