For an order question, include your order number.

We answer questions about orders and products. We cannot give medical advice or dosing guidance for a person; questions about your own health belong with a licensed clinician.

What to include in your message

  • Order question: your order number and the name on the order.
  • Product question: the product name and strength, and the ship-from origin if your question depends on it.
  • Certificate of analysis: the product, the strength and the lot number from the vial label, if the label shows one.
  • Damaged, wrong or missing item: your order number and the photos listed on the returns and refunds page.
  • Wholesale or bulk order: your organization, the products and strengths you need, and an estimate of monthly volume. You can also apply for a wholesale account directly.
  • Correction: the page address, the sentence you think is wrong, and the source that shows it, if you have one.

What we can help with

We can help with orders and delivery, lab documents for a lot, wholesale accounts and errors on any page of this site. We can also answer product questions: strengths, stock, ship-from origins and the supplies listed for each vial. Corrections are checked against the cited source before a page is changed, as how we source and review our content explains.

What we cannot help with

Every product we sell is a research material labeled: For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. So we do not answer questions about using a product on a person or an animal. A message that asks for a dose or a "protocol" gets a link to the research use policy instead of an answer. An order that raises a concern under that policy can be cancelled, as our terms of service explain.

We also cannot advise you on the law where you are. Check the rules that apply to your lab and your state before you order.

Quick answers before you write

The chat assistant, opened from the chat button on each page, can find a product, show its strengths, prices and stock, and link the page that answers a common question. When it cannot help, it sends you here.

The questions and answers page covers ordering, shipping, storage on arrival, certificates of analysis, research use labels and wholesale. The shipping page covers where orders ship from and what to check when a parcel arrives.

Keep sensitive details out

Do not put card numbers, passwords or health information in a message. We use what you send to answer you and to handle your order, as the privacy policy describes.
