With over 23 years of experience in the optical field, she is passionate about guiding patients through the frame and lens selection process to ensure their eyewear enhances both vision and lifestyle.

What Heather loves most about her work is the daily interaction with patients and her team. She finds fulfillment in helping people find eyewear they love while making the experience welcoming, informative, and personalized.
Outside of work, Heather has been married for as long as she has been in the optical industry and is a proud mom to her 17-year-old son, Parker. At home, she shares her life with a lively group of furbabies, including dogs, leopard geckos, guinea pigs, and chinchillas. In her free time, Heather enjoys cheering on her Georgia Bulldogs, gardening, attending concerts, karaoke, and traveling especially cruises and vacations whenever she can.
