Erica's Personal Story
Erica’s journey to Riverside Family Eyecare began with friendship. She became close with Dr. Degler, Heather, and David as they prepared to open the practice. When the team looked to expand, her strong background in management and workforce made her the natural choice.
One evening, while gathered in Heather and David’s kitchen, the friends shared tacos and realized Erica belonged on the team. More than two years later, she remains an integral part of the practice family.
