How are your products tested?
We work with trusted vendors to procure products that have passed Michigan’s stringent testing standards. Every licensed product’s label names the lab that tested it.

Shopping and paying
What do I need to shop at High Society?
To shop at our dispensary, you must present a valid government-issued ID confirming you are 21 or older. Individuals 18 and above with a valid medical marijuana card are also eligible to make purchases.
Can I use an out-of-state ID?
Yes—valid government-issued ID works (must be 21+).
When are your stores open?
All eight stores are open Monday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Find your store’s phone number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash works at every store, and each store page lists an ATM in-store. Other payment options vary by store, so call ahead for details.
What types of cannabis products are available?
We offer a wide range of high-quality products, including flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vape pens, edibles, and more. Check out our menu or contact us with specific inquiries.
What happens on my first visit?
Bring a valid government-issued ID or passport and check in with our security and front desk upon arrival. When it's your turn, a budtender will call you from the waiting area. They’re available to assist with product selection and answer any questions, whether you're new or familiar with our offerings. Once your order is ready, a staff member will call your name, process your payment, and review the order to confirm accuracy before completing the transaction.
Can staff help first-time visitors choose?
Absolutely. Our team is happy to guide first-time visitors and help you find products that match your preferences and comfort level.
What’s the quickest way to shop if I’m traveling?
Bring ID, choose a category + budget, and tell staff you want a quick trip—we’ll help you move fast.
How do I hear about deals and offers?
Stay informed about discounts and special offers by sharing your phone number and email with us. Members receive updates on new rewards, exclusive offers, and more through email or the High Society App. See current deals.
Do you have an app?
Yes. Experience convenience at your fingertips with the High Society App. Easily browse our full cannabis menu, stay updated on the latest deals, and place your orders with just a few taps. Download it on the App Store.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If you experience an issue with a product’s quality or functionality, please contact the store where the purchase was made or visit it in person. Our team is ready to assist.

Yes. Browse and shop High Society’s extensive selection of premium cannabis products online. Convenient pickup available at our Michigan dispensary locations.
How does ordering for pickup work?
Browse your store’s menu online, then select your preferred products, choose the quantities, add them to your cart, and schedule a pick-up time that works for you. Complete your order by providing your personal details. First-time visitors will need to present a valid ID for verification, while returning customers can sign in for a faster checkout process.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes. If curbside pickup is your preference, let us know, and we’ll notify you via text when your order is ready.
Which stores offer pickup?
All eight. Every store offers in-store shopping, in-store pickup and curbside pickup.
Can I view the menu before I arrive?
Yes. You can view our full menu online before your visit to browse products, pricing, and availability.

Yes, you can track your points through your account in-store, online, or on the High Society App.

How do I stay updated on loyalty program perks?

Enjoying cannabis responsibly
Any tips for a first-time cannabis experience?
Start low and go slow. Choose a small amount of a lower-THC product, give it time to take full effect before having more, and stay somewhere comfortable with no plans to drive. Inhaled cannabis can take up to 30 minutes to reach its full effect, and edibles up to 4 hours. Our patient guide explains each product type.
How long until an edible takes effect?
Expect to wait from half an hour to 2 hours before you notice an edible, and up to 4 hours for its full effect. The effects may stay with you for as long as 12 hours, so wait before taking more.
Where can I consume cannabis in Michigan?
On private property where the owner allows it. Michigan law does not allow using cannabis in a public place, property owners may ban it, and no one may use cannabis while driving or smoke it in a vehicle on a public road. Michigan’s rules in full.
Is it legal to travel with cannabis?
Cannabis purchases are legal in Michigan, but transporting cannabis across state lines is prohibited under federal law. Avoid taking cannabis products out of the state.
